steel plate.Al Zn plated steel plate is composed of Al Zn alloy structure, which is composed of 55% Al, 43.5% Zn, 1.5% Si and Mg solidified at 600 ℃. The whole structure is composed of Al Fe Si Zn, forming a kind of dense quaternary crystal.
2 For 0.25mm metal substrate, 0.27mm-0.28mm after baking.
The weight of the steel plate before forming is 2kg / m2.
3 Coating:Front: the thickness of surface paint is 15 μ m, the thickness of primer is 5 μ m, and the whole front is 20 μ M;The back paint is 5 μ M.
